CareCounsel partners with a range of national and regional brokers, employee benefits consultants, third-party administrators, EAP’s, work/life programs and other distribution agents to help us deliver health advocacy services to plan sponsors across the country.

Our partners appreciate that CareCounsel is easy to implement, easy to use and does not require their employer clients to commit to a three-year service agreement. They also like that our health advocacy program is very well-utilized and provides superior health plan management information and health advocate reports.

We have many relationships in place in which our distribution partner pays for the cost of CareCounsel as a value-added benefit for their clients. They do so to differentiate themselves from their competitors, as well as to reap the savings that accrue from outsourcing the resolution of escalated employee calls that often end up on a brokerage firm’s doorstep.
